Many of iGap users who had ported to another mobile network operator before, reported that they did not receive verification SMS. In this case, the bug takes place from the mobile network operators’ side, not iGap messenger.
iGap team is checking the bug and trying to find a solution.
We advise you to attempt for receiving the verification SMS for up to 5 times. After the third time, the SMS will be sent from abroad and delivered to the ported subscribers.
